At Tupperware, we stand by the quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all component parts to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tupperware account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all lids and bases are included, and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return form.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
