What is the Tupperware Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Tupperware products are warranted against chipping, cracking, breaking, or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim for eligible items.
Are Tupperware products safe for microwave and dishwasher use?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe. However, only specific product lines marked with the microwave-safe symbol should be used for heating food. Always check the bottom of your container for specific care instructions.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your products BPA-free?
Yes, since 2010, all Tupperware products sold globally are BPA-free. We are committed to providing safe, sustainable, and high-quality materials for your home.
What is your return policy for unused items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
How can I remove stains or odors from my containers?
To remove stubborn stains or smells, we recommend soaking the container in a solution of warm water and baking soda, or using a mixture of lemon juice and water before washing as usual.
